COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dfi Itox Mitsubishi CM33T3-100G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dmg-Mori products, including obsoleted and phased-out Double-A parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynapar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dmg-Mori such as the 77358A7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QF5MFF10A3 manufactured by Double-A and we are pleased to be able to service most Double-A systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HA52510000541 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand P2BLT10012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dyna-Hoist such as DAV0185NKL1N1N1 equipment made by Dyna-Hoist have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dyna-Hoist products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dyna-Hoist" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D96006C made by Digital as well as the popular M928 original spares produced by Dynalco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M900518L by Duff-norton and DAV0185NKL1N1N1 spares by Dyna-Hoist are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TCM3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Diebold. |
